The item will be shipped within 1-2 business days once payment and address are cleared (excluding Public Holidays, Saturday and Sunday in Taiwan/Hong-Kong GMT+8).
The delivery usually takes 10 to 19 working days.
Using AIRMAIL, reach most of countries within 10-25 business days.
All goods will be shipped out from Hong-Kong or Taiwan with very good packaging condition, if you don't receive the item after 30 days, please contact us immediately, we will investigate and solve the delivery problem.

Our Return Policy

We provide 14-day return policy for product sold, for any reason, you're not satisfied with your purchase, full refund of the purchase (excluding the shipping expenses) can be applicable under the following circumstance:
Item must be in good condition with all original accessories, manuals, and packaging materials. Any missing parts or damaged items will result in the rejection on the return.
In case if the item is found to be defective, only the manufacturing default will be taken into consideration by BONMARKETPLACE for a proper refund.
No refund is given if defects are caused by the Buyer's negligence or misuse of the product. Our customer service officers will kindly contact you for further arrangement upon your request.
All shipping cost thus generated shall be paid by the buyer.
Items returned must be received with 14 days after the receipt of the items. No refund and replacement is issued after this period
